On 13 October Leeds Art Gallery re-opens after a major restoration. A number of CAS donated works form part of their opening display, including work by Alison Wilding, Becky Beasley, Simon Fujiwara, Martine Syms and Hilary Lloyd.
In London Frieze Art Fair is the major event of October, but be sure to check out pioneers of installation art, Ilya and Emilia Kabakov, at Tate Modern when the dust settles later in the month.
