The sensational story of Rose Wylie’s late-blooming success has now been repeated ad nauseam, so it may come as a surprise that she is only now having her first major solo show at a London institution. Quack Quack at the Serpentine Sackler Gallery brings together paintings from the late 1990s to the present day, including a new group of works inspired by Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens and her memories of the Blitz.
