Contemporary Art Auction: Fundraiser for The Experimental Studio

Join us, take up front row seats, and bid on contemporary artwork by a selection of internationally based and recognised artists. This one-off auction of contemporary takes place in the Old Shire Hall, Durham, on Friday 12 September 7-10pm.

Held in the old council chambers within this Grade II listed building, the auction is the final in a series of four events organised this summer by Vane and Breeze Creatives to raise funds to support the building and running of The Experimental Studio: a collaboration between Vane and Breeze Creatives to create a series of residencies for contemporary artists, based at Vane. The proceeding on the evening will be overseen by guest auctioneer, Ray Spencer (MBE), Executive Director of The Customs House, South Shields.

Whilst there will be opportunity to view all the artworks on the evening, you can view the lots, and place advance bids here
