£90, including lunch and private transport throughout the day
Join us on the Contemporary Art Society tour (CASt) to start the year with a healthy dose of contemporary art! This edition will explore some of South London’s exciting new art spaces and a selection of galleries participating in CONDO 2019, a collaborative gallery exchange whereby London galleries host exhibitions by their international colleagues. CONDO offers a great opportunity to discover emerging artists who are not or rarely shown in London.
We will also visit the Kris Lemsalu exhibition at Goldsmiths Centre for Contemporary Art (CCA), Goldsmiths University’s space for contemporary art which opened in Autumn 2018. At the South London Gallery, we will have a special tour of the Bloomberg New Contemporaries 2018, an annual exhibition which showcases some of the most dynamic work being made today. This tour will be led by Kirsty Ogg, Director of Bloomberg New Contemporaries, and Simon Parris, Head of Programmes at the South London Gallery. The works for the 2018 exhibition have been selected by artists Benedict Drew, Katy Moran and Keith Piper.
