We are delighted to invite you to join us for a delicious breakfast and private introduction and tour of SUNDAY Art Fair led by Fair director and gallerist Rob Tufnell. This event is exclusive to Contemporary Art Society Members and Collector Members and will take place before SUNDAY is open to the public.
Now in its fourth year SUNDAY is often seen as an edgier counterpart to Frieze London, dedicated to the exhibition of young, international galleries in an open-plan environment without booths. We are privileged to gain exclusive access to this exciting initiative where Members can see the work and talk to the people behind it one-to-one.
Following the breakfast and tour we will then walk over to the Sculpture Park located in the beautiful surroundings of the English Garden a few minutes from Frieze London. Here we will have a bespoke tour of the sculpture on display and, following this, Dida Tait, Contemporary Art Society Head of Development & External Relations and Sarah Page, Membership and Public Programmes Manager, will provide a brief overview of the fair and present a selection of exciting highlights including the specially commissioned Frieze Projects.
After the Sculpture Park tour and Fair introduction the afternoon will be free for independent viewing of both Frieze London and Frieze Masters.
Included in the price of this event is a combined ticket to Frieze London and Frieze Masters (£50). We will be pre-booking these for your ease as it can get extremely busy with long entrance queues to both fairs on the Saturday.
