Join us for the chance to hear Leo Fitzmaurice talk about his work in the context of his latest exhibition, Blank Stir, with fellow artist Paul Rooney at the Grundy Art Gallery, Blackpool.

Fitzmaurice, winner of The Northern Art Prize 2011, makes work that looks afresh and finds new potential in familiar things. His new installation for Blank Stir makes use of various humble tapes used for packing, sealing and masking, to upset the classical Edwardian symmetries of the gallery.
