Physical Object Description:
6 'NeON' lights, consisting of clear mould blown glass tubes filled with colourless neon gas. Each of the six tubes is lozenge shaped, one end tapers to a point that faces downwards and each houses a sealed electrode unit in which a transparent electrical flex is asttached. The flex are all of different length and suspend from a wooden template containing six junction boxes, hooks and electrical fittings. The flex from the tubes are numbered and insert into the numbered junction boxes on the template which are then secured through hooks that are attached to the template. The wooden template is rectangular and has four metal fastenings that attach to the ceiling with tension wire. The underside of the template contains the electrical wiring plus two electrical plugs.
