Physical Object Description:

View along the Boulevard St. Michel on a foggy winter afternoon viewed from a vantage point, possibly a balcony. Avenue of leafless trees line the road, tall flats are visible to the left and right, with figures walking along the pavement to the left beneath two brown and green shop signs. There is shop hoarding partially visible. The road itself is busy with cars passing along the road. The sky is opaque white and the scene is swamped by a thick, white mist.
