In 1982, although the Rowan was a flourishing viable entity the UK property boom and ensuing property price rises forced Gregory-Hood and the Rowan to retrench and seek a partnership with Annely Juda Fine Art trading as Juda Rowan in the Tottenham Mews location. It lasted until 1987 when he entered into a second partnership with the Mayor Gallery. This time trading as the Mayor Rowan Gallery. Property prices rises continued and sadly after a few short months, the Rowan ceased to exist.
