Biography
Timothy Franks is a partner of KKR, the US headquartered private equity firm. He has worked in private equity for more than 20 years in both London and New York. He holds masters degrees from Cambridge University, as well as from the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. Together, with his husband Andrew, he has a passionate interest in contemporary art and collecting, and also how urban development can be positively influenced by the arts. Franks has been a Contemporary Art Society Trustee since 2018.
