Edward Owen Vulliamy (b. Cambridge, UK 1876 - d. 1962), son of French parents, was a draughtsman, watercolourist who origianlly read classics and modern languages at King's College, Cambridge, becoming a lecturer in French and modern languages at the universilty. During WW1 he served with the British Expeditionary Force in France and was a special constable in WW2. He exhibited extensively: at Walker's Galleries, Fine Art Society, New English Art Club, Chenil and Cooling Galleries. He was Honorary Keeper of Pictures at the Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge until 1955.
