Lucy MacKenzie (1952)

Biography

Lucy Mackenzie (b. Sudan, Africa 1952) studied at Falmouth Art School, Cornwall (1969-70); Bristol Polytechnic (19070-73); Royal College of Art (1973-76) and gained a fellowship at Gloucestershire College of Art and Design, Cheltenham (1976-77) where she also taught until 1981. She has had solo exhibitions at Fischer Fine Art, London (1979, 1982, 1991) and Nancy Hoffman Gallery, New York (1996, 2001, 2007 and 2015) where she has also participated in several group shows since 1993.
