Biography
Howard Fenn (b. Conisborough, Yorkshire, UK 1953) is a designer silversmith. He has been on the committee and was Chairman of the Contemporary British Silversmiths (1996-99), which was originally formed as The Association of British Designer Silversmiths (ABDS) in 1996.
