Biography
Lesley Mitchison (b. UK) studied woven textiles at West Surrey College of Art & Design (1982-85) and Birmingham City University (1985-86). She was a senior lecturer on textiles in practice at Manchester Metropolitan University for 10 years. Most recently she was a technical demonstrator of historic weaving and spinning at the National Trust's Quarry Bank Mill, Chesshire (2022-23).
