Biography
Felicity Ann Waley-Cohen (b. 1948), daughter of Marcus Richard Samuel, 3rd Viscount Bearsted (1909-1986), married Robert Bernard Waley-Cohen, executive of Christie's between 1969 and 1981, 9 December 1975. She was chairman of the Patrons of New Art Tate Gallery between 1982 and 1987. She was vice-chairman of Serpentine Gallery in 1993 and trustee of the Art Fund. She ran her own eponymous gallery (1972-76) at 16 Savile Row, London W1.
