Leeds Art Gallery has just opened a remarkable exhibition of video works that features no fewer than three important CAS donations: Harold Offeh's Reading the Realness (2020-ongoing), Martine Syms’ A Pilot for a Show About Nowhere (2015) and Mark Wallinger's Threshold to the Kingdom (2000).
In London, even more CAS donated video work is on show. The Museum of the Home is showing Lucy Gunning's Climbing Around My Room (1993), on loan from the Harris Museum in Preston, as part of an exhibition that explores the landscape of our private space and the home's capacity to contain and sustain us.
