Mikey Cuddihy (1952)

Biography

Mikey Cuddihy (b. New York, USA 1952) studied at Edinburgh College of Art (1969–71), Central School of Art and Design (1971–4), then at Chelsea School of Art (1974–5). She also taught part-time, including Newcastle Polytechnic and St Martin’s School of Art. Showed with The London Group, Angela Flowers and Air Galleries and in Summer Show 2 at Serpentine Gallery, 1981. Her solo shows included The Gallery, Acre Lane, 1980, later ones Aimee in Galashiels and other paintings, Flowers East, 1995, and James in Limbo, Peer, 2003.
