Plate 1: a naked man sleeping with a tiger in a bower in the jungle dreams a vision of a naked woman holding a dove to her breast, while a stork flaps its wings at the top left. 1918/20 Wood-engraving. Signed in pencil by the engraver with another illegible inscription.
