Physical Object Description:

Rectangular mat or hanging made from panels of inlaid felt stitched together and embellished with a small amount of embroidery. The centre panel includes a truncated diamond enclosing stylised birds and other panels are decorated with 8-ponted stars. Mainly worked in shades of blue, mauve, black, white and green with toyches of red, pink and yellow.
