Crafts Day: The Glass Heart at Two Temple Place & PV of Collect Art Fair

Craft and Fine Art curators are invited to explore various meanings and discourses associated with 'craft' methods and materials. We will begin the day in the architectural gem of Two Temple Place, where we will see the exhibition 'The Glass Heart' -a group show focused on the different properties and aesthetic capabilities of glass. We will then walk to Somerset House to attend the PV of the 20th edition of Collect, the London art fair focused on contemporary and historical art, design and craft. We will participate in guided tours with specialists who will share their knowledge and perspective on a selection of booths and artworks, ranging from textiles and new materials to glass and ceramics, jewellery and precious metal work to large-scale installations. The CAS will also offer a networking lunch with all attending members.
