Stanley Hickson (1920 - 1966)

Biography

Stanley Hickson (b. UK 1920 - d. 1966) was a graphic artist who exhibited at the Redfern Gallery between the Word Wars and was Head of Graphic Design and Printing at Maidstone and Canterbury College of Art until at least 1955 when he led the team for the International Printing Machinery and Allied Trades Exhibition (Olympia and British Furniture Manufacturers Exhibition, Earls Court).
