Biography
Robert Brook (b. UK) attended Derby College of Art, and later did postgraduate work at Goldsmiths College. His work has been shown at: Battersea Arts Centre (1976), Summer Show 4, Serpentine Gallery (1977, 1982), Coracle Press Gallery (1978), Midland Group Gallery (1982), Oldham Art Gallery (as part of the collection having been purchased and donated by the Contemporary Art Society, 1982), Whitchapel Open Exhibition, Whitechapel Gallery (1983, 1985), Goldsmiths A.T.C Gallery (1985), Grundy Art Gallery (2011), Corbis Contemporary collection (2013-16), Candid Arts (2016), PH21 Gallery (2016), Gallerique (2016 - 2019), Getty Images Gallery(2022), Blank Wall Gallery (2023), Valid World Hall Gallery (2023, 2024), London Art Biennale 2023, Decode Gallery (2023), CICA Museum (2023, 2024) and Valid World Hall Gallery, Barcelona (2024).
