Biography
Norman Cherry (b. UK 1949) was head of the Birmingham School of Jewellery before 2008 and then head of the College of Art at the University of Lincoln. Two of his pieces were purchased by the Contemporary Art Society through its Special Collection Scheme, with Arts Council Lottery funding and presented to Birmingham Museums and Art Gallery in 2002. His book Jewellery Design and Development: from concept to object was published in 2013.
