Michael Crowther (1946)

Biography

Michael Crowther (b. County Durham, UK 1946) studied at Leeds College of Art (1964–8) From 1970 he taught at South Glamorgan Institute of Higher Education and lived in Cardiff. He was included in WAC show The Probity of Art and the Paris Biennale in 1980, and in John Moores Liverpool Exhibitions starting in 1982. Had solo shows in London, Aberdeen, Exeter and Newcastle. Arts Council holds his acrylic on cotton duck Salvo II, 1981.
