Biography
Jim Moyes (b. 1943) studied at Kingston College of Art, Maidstone College of Art and the Slade School of Fiine Art. He was the founder of MOMART (1972) who provide international art services, shipping, storage and installation which became the largest company of its kind in the UK and one of the top companies in the world with high standards. He retired as its Director in 1997 and returned to being a practising artist. He was vice chairman of the Contemporary Art Society (1994-1999).
