Biography
Frank Watkins (b. Glanaman, South Wales, UK 1951) attended Newport College of Art (1970-3) and Cardiff College of Art (1973-4). Watkins has showed with Chapter Arts Centre in Cardiff, and Mostyn Art Gallery, Llandudno. In 1992 had a solo show at Martin Tinney Gallery, Cardiff.
