Dugald Sutherland 'D. S.' MacColl (1859 - 1948)

Biography

Dugald Sutherland MacColl (10 March 1859 – 21 December 1948) was a Scottish watercolour painter, art critic, lecturer and writer. He was keeper of the Tate Gallery for five years.
