Biography
Danny Rolph (b. London 1967) studied at Winchester School of Art (1988-91) and the Royal College of Art, London (1991-93). He received the John Minton Tarvel Award (1992) and was a Rome Scholar at British School at Rome (1998). he was a visiting fellow \t Southampton University and a visiting professor in fine art at Buckingham University, both in 2009 and most recently has held the Mark Rothko Residency (2020). Amongst others he has held solo shows at theHales Gallery, London, AR/Contemporary, Milan, Barbara Davis Gallery, Houston, Texas and 532 Gallery, New York, USA as well as participating in many group international exhibitions.
