Charles Henry Spencer (b. 1909 - d. 1982) studied at Harrow School of Art and taught there as well as at the Regent Street Polytechic. He was elected to the Royal Society of Painter Etchers (RE) in 1935 and exhibited at the Royal Academy. The Ashmolean Museum, Oxford and the Britsih Museum, London hold an example of his work.
