Angela Jarman (1971)

Biography

Angela Jarman (b. London, UK 1971) studied glass at West Surrey College of Art & Design, Farnham and the Royal College of Art, London. She was an assistant to Colin Reid, Gloucestershire (1993-95) and studio glassmaker to Tessa Clegg and Diana Hobson, London (1995-2000). Her exhibitions include ShowCAse: Contemporary Art for the UK City Art Centre, Edniburgh, Scotland (2005); Celebrating 30 Years Crafts Council Shop at the V&A, London (2006); Coburg Glaspreis, Germany and Naturally Formed, Goss Gallery, Dallas (both 2007). Jarman has also shown at fairs such as COLLECT and TEFAF, Holland with Adrian Sassoon and ‘A Thread of Light’ Colin Reid with 3 generations of British kiln cast glass artists at Liuli China Museum, Shanghai (2019, 2020 & 2021).
