Andrew Kerr (1977)

Biography

Andrew Kerr (b. Glasgow, Scotland, UK 1977) studied at Glasgow School of Art (1999). As well as participating in several group shows in Scotland; across Europe in Athens, Tirana, Vienna, Brussels, Berlin and USA, Kerr has had solo exhibitions at The Modern Institute / Toby Webster Ltd, Glasgow since 2000; Franco Noero, Turin (2001); BQ, Cologne since 2004; Deliveries: feeling one, running one, accepting one, against one, preparing one, revising one and sending one, Kunstverein Bremerhaven, Bremerhaven (2009); My Ceiling Our Responsibility, Shane Campbell Gallery, Lincoln Park, Chicago, USA (2014); The gallery is beside a church, apartments and a small park with fountain, Rat Hole Gallery, Tokyo, Japan; Bridge for July, Matthew Brown, Los Angeles (2021) and Kerry Schuss, New York (2022). He curated Years Off the Schooling: A Selection from The Hunterian at The Hunterian Art Gallery, Glasgow in 2020.
