Biography
Alfred Vachon (b. St Tropez, France 1907-d. 1994) was a self-taught artist of landscapes that became almost entirely abstrcat by the end of his career. He often held exhibitions at Galerie Phillipe Talien in St Tropez and there was retrospective exhibition, organised by his friend Dany Lartigue (1921-2017), in their home town in 2010.
