Biography
Pecker studied at the St Martin's School of Art and under William Palmer Robins and Malcolm Osborne and lived in London. He specialised in portraits and figure studies. He exhibited at the Royal Academy of Arts, Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours, Royal Society of British Artists and Royal Society of Portrait Painters, as well as at the Leicester Galleries and widely abroad.
